1. Why Its Happening
If you notice "duplicate" conversions...
The truth is that this is a process error on your end.
Since most conversions work fire off on a webhook basis - our system simply shows you all of the webhooks that have hit our servers.
If you see the same conversion twice, then we are receiving duplicate webhooks and showing you them both.
2. How To Fix It
Go to the data platform that is sending webhooks to us (GoHighLevel, Zapier, Stripe, Etc)
You have to look at the "logs" / "history" to start to see why things are double triggering / being sent to our platform more than once.
You need to clean up your internal processes so data is not messy
3. Common Issues
You book follow ups & reschedules into the same calendar (causing duplicate conversion events)
Your team is marking deals as won multiple times (if you're using a CRM Pipeline Stage as a purchase trigger)
