The Settings Page
The "Settings" page is your central hub for configuring your entire AgentKong account. This is where you manage your business information, subscriptions, and usage across all products.
Account Tab: Business Information
This is where you can manage the basic information for your main account.
Key Concept: The "Company Name" set here represents your primary business or agency, not the individual client businesses you might manage within the platform.
Instructions:
Navigate to Settings from the main menu.
You will land on the Account tab by default.
In the "Company Name" field, enter or update your business's name.
Click the Save Changes button to apply.
Billing Tab
This tab provides a complete overview of your subscriptions and allows you to manage all billing-related details, including products, payment methods, and history.
Your Products
Manage your subscriptions to individual AgentKong products like AI Agents and Ad Tracking.
Key Concept: You can subscribe to different products and select specific tiers for each one based on your needs, allowing for flexible and scalable billing.
Instructions:
While in Settings, click on the Billing tab.
Under the "Products" section, you can view your currently subscribed products, their plans, and monthly costs.
To change your plan:
Click the Update button next to the product you wish to modify (e.g., AI Agents).
A pop-up will display the available plans (e.g., 1 Agent, 10 Agents, Unlimited Agents).
Select your desired plan and click Update Plan.
Downgrading a Plan:
If you downgrade to a plan with a lower limit (e.g., from Unlimited to 1 Agent), a "Downgrade Requires Action" window will appear.
This screen will require you to deactivate the necessary number of active agents to meet the new plan's limit.
Toggle off agents until the requirement is met, then click Confirm Downgrade.
To add a new product subscription:
Click the + Add Product button to subscribe to any available products you are not currently using.
Payment & History
Click the Payment sub-tab to add, remove, or set a default payment method for your account.
Click the History sub-tab to view your billing history and download past invoices for your records.
Usage Tab
This tab gives you a detailed look at which specific services are currently active, tying directly back to your billing plan and limits.
Key Concept: This is the best place to quickly see which AI Agents or Ad Tracking instances are active and counting towards your subscription quota, which is essential before making any plan changes.
Instructions:
While in Settings, click on the Usage tab.
AI Agent Management:
Click the "AI Agent" sub-tab.
Here you will see a list of all your AI agents, the business they belong to, their creation date, and their current Status (Active/Inactive).
Ad Tracking Management:
Click the "Ad Tracking" sub-tab.
This shows a list of all businesses and whether Ad Tracking is Enabled or Disabled for each one.
