The White Label Settings page allows you to fully brand your AgentKong platform, replacing the default branding with your own custom logo and domain. This ensures your clients see your product as 100% your brand.
1. Navigation
To access the White Label Settings:
Navigate to the Control Center (use the drop-down menu in the top left if you are currently in a business's dashboard).
In the left sidebar menu, click on White Label.
2. Logo Management
You can upload separate logos for Light Mode and Dark Mode to ensure visibility across all user interface themes. If you only upload one logo, it will be used for both modes.
Step-by-Step: Uploading Your Logo
Locate the Light Mode Logo section.
Click the Choose File button or drag and drop your logo file into the upload area.
Wait for the file to upload and the logo preview to appear.
(Optional, but recommended) Repeat steps 1-3 for the Dark Mode Logo with a logo optimized for a dark background (e.g., a white or light-colored version of your logo).
3. Custom Domain Setup
To completely white label your platform, you must set up a custom subdomain (e.g., app.yourbusiness.com). This ensures your clients access the platform through your branded domain instead of agentkong.com.
Domain Requirements
Only subdomains are supported (e.g., app.yourclient.com).
Root domains (e.g., yourclient.com) are not supported.
You must have access to your domain's DNS settings to complete the setup.
Step-by-Step: Adding and Verifying Your Custom Domain
In the Custom Domain field, enter your desired subdomain (e.g., app.mywebsite.com or myai.mywebsite.com).
Click the Add Domain button.
The system will generate a list of required DNS records (typically CNAME and/or TXT records) that you need to add to your domain registrar (e.g., GoDaddy, Namecheap, Cloudflare, etc.).
Access your Domain Provider's DNS Settings: Log in to your domain registrar's control panel.
Add the Required DNS Records: Create the records (e.g., CNAME, TXT) exactly as specified by the AgentKong platform.
Tip: Search YouTube or your domain provider's help center for specific instructions on "how to add DNS records to [your domain provider]".
Verify the Domain: Return to the White Label Settings page and click the Verify button (this button will appear after you attempt to add the domain). Once the DNS records have propagated (this can take a few minutes to several hours), the domain will be verified.
4. Why White Label?
