Updated over 2 weeks ago

Video Transcript

Alright, so in this video, we're going to be going over how to connect your integrations. And to do that, you're going to go inside of the new business you just created. You're then going to scroll down or come down and hit the settings button. And then from there, you're going to click on ad tracking. Now, it's important to note that ad tracking integrations are going to be all the integrations available that will allow you to connect data and send data in. Further down this training module, you guys will see how to set up webhooks to feed conversion data. But for now, again, anything inside of ad tracking will be native data collection.

So, at the time of recording this, you can see we have Meta ads and Google ads. We are going to be adding more things like Go High Level so you can connect conversions from Go High Level or other ad platforms like Tik Tok so you can connect the ad data. So again, anything that would do with ad tracking data will be found inside of here. So make sure that you come in, you click on ad tracking as a filter, and then if you have any sort of data sources in this filter that you'd like to connect, you would simply go ahead and hit connect. For now, for this test, I'm going to hit Meta. We're going to hit continue.

And then here, we can just go ahead and we can select a an ad account. So let's go ahead, let's select an ad account, hit save. And then we can actually back out of this because it is going to start connecting in the background. Cool, syncing in progress. So it is now syncing in the background. So here, perfect. You see, we now pulled in the account, the campaign, everything in there. You can always come back and hit manage and then in here, you will see the actual ad account that we connected and you'll also see we have the different campaigns just so you guys can go ahead and take a peek that the campaigns are connected. So we do show you some data there as well.

So once you guys have gone ahead and done that with your Meta ads, with Google ads, and then obviously in the future as we have more and more data integrations, then we can move on to the next training, which is setting up the attribution. So I'll see you in that training video.

Introduction

Now that you have created a new business, the next crucial step is to set it up with the necessary ad tracking integrations. This allows you to sync performance data directly from your advertising platforms, which is essential for monitoring ad performance, conversions, and ROI.

Step 1: Navigate to Ad Tracking Settings

All integrations are managed on a per-business basis. This allows you to connect different ad accounts for each client or department you manage within AgentKong.

  1. From the left-hand navigation menu, ensure you have the correct business selected in the dropdown at the top.

  2. Click on the "Settings" tab at the bottom of the menu. This will take you to the Integrations page.

  3. Click the "Ad Tracking" filter to display only the ad platform integrations.

Step 2: Connect Your Ad Platform

Follow these steps to authorize AgentKong to access your ad account data. The process is similar for most ad platforms.

  1. Find the data source you wish to connect (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads) and click the Connect button.

  2. You will be redirected to the ad platform to log in and approve the connection. Follow the on-screen prompts.

  3. Once authorized, a pop-up will appear in AgentKong. Select the specific ad accounts you want to sync.

  4. Click Save. The system will begin syncing your ad data in the background.

Step 3: Manage Your Connection

After the initial sync is complete, you can always adjust which ad accounts are connected.

  1. Click the Manage button on the connected integration card.

  2. From the pop-up, you can add or remove ad accounts.

  3. Click Save to apply your changes.
